Payment Terms

All transactions related to Curro products, systems, and solutions are conducted exclusively on a business-to-business (B2B) or business-to-government (B2G) basis.

The website www.curro-tech.eu is intended for informational and inquiry purposes only. No direct online payments or retail purchases are available through the Website.

Pricing

Prices are defined individually based on a formal quotation, proposal, or contractual agreement. All prices are expressed in Euros (EUR), unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Prices may vary depending on product configuration, scope of supply, project requirements, delivery conditions, regulatory obligations, and applicable taxes or duties.

Connect - sustav informacija j.d.o.o. reserves the right to adjust pricing prior to written order confirmation.

Accepted Payment Method

Payment is accepted exclusively via bank transfer to the Seller’s official transaction account. No card payments, online wallets, or cash payments are supported.

Payment by Bank Transfer

Upon acceptance of a quotation or execution of a contract, the Buyer will receive a proforma invoice or invoice containing all required payment details, including:

Seller information
Transaction account (IBAN)
Payment reference
Amount due and currency
Payment deadline

Payment must be executed in accordance with the terms stated on the invoice. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, delivery, production, or service execution will commence only after payment has been received or confirmed.

Advance and Milestone Payments

Depending on the nature and scope of the project, Connect may require:

Advance payment prior to order processing
Milestone-based payments
Payment guarantees or other financial assurances

Such conditions will be clearly defined in the applicable quotation or contract.

Late Payments

In the event of delayed payment, Connect reserves the right to suspend delivery, services, or further obligations until payment is received, in accordance with applicable laws and contractual terms.
