Returns and Complaints
This Returns and Complaints Policy applies to Curro products, systems, and solutions supplied by Connect - sustav informacija j.d.o.o., Cebini 37, Zagreb, Croatia, to professional, institutional, enterprise, government, and defense customers.
All deliveries are governed by the applicable quotation, contract, or supply agreement. Consumer protection provisions related to distance selling and unilateral contract termination do not apply to business-to-business (B2B) or business-to-government (B2G) transactions.
Inspection Upon Delivery
Upon receipt of the goods, the Buyer is required to inspect the delivery without delay. Any visible damage, shortages, or discrepancies must be reported in writing immediately upon delivery, and no later than 8 days from receipt.
Failure to notify visible defects within this period may result in loss of the right to claim such defects.
Complaints and Non-Conformity
The Buyer may submit a written complaint if:
- The delivered product does not correspond to the agreed specification;
- The product has a material defect present at the time of delivery;
- The wrong product was delivered;
- The product was damaged during transport.
Complaints must be submitted in writing to: info@connect.hr, including a description of the issue, relevant documentation, and proof of purchase.
Assessment and Resolution
Upon receipt of the complaint, Connect will assess the validity of the claim. If the complaint is justified, Connect will, at its discretion and in accordance with applicable law and contractual terms, take one of the following actions:
- Repair or eliminate the defect;
- Provide a replacement product;
- Apply a price reduction;
- Terminate the contract in whole or in part.
The Buyer will be informed of the outcome within a reasonable timeframe, taking into account the technical nature of the product.
Returns
Products may only be returned with prior written approval from Connect. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Unless otherwise agreed, the Buyer bears all costs and risks associated with returning the goods, except in cases where the return results from a confirmed error or defect attributable to the Seller.
Exclusions
Complaints will not be accepted for:
- Normal wear and tear;
- Improper handling, installation, or use contrary to instructions;
- Unauthorized modifications or repairs;
- Differences in appearance that do not affect functionality.
Legal Framework
Liability for material defects is governed by the Croatian Obligations Act (Official Gazette No. 35/05, 41/08, 125/11) and applicable contractual provisions.
Any rights and obligations related to defects are exercised exclusively within the scope defined by law and the relevant agreement between the parties.
