These Terms of Sale apply to the supply of products, systems, solutions, and related services offered under the Curro brand via the website www.curro-tech.eu, operated by Connect - sustav informacija j.d.o.o., Cebini 37, Zagreb, Croatia (hereinafter referred to as “Connect”).

Curro products and solutions are intended for professional, institutional, enterprise, government, security, and defense users. Sales are conducted on a business-to-business (B2B) or business-to-government (B2G) basis and are subject to individual quotations, contracts, or framework agreements.

Scope of Sale

Information presented on the Website does not constitute a binding offer. All sales are subject to written confirmation by Connect, including scope, pricing, delivery terms, and applicable conditions.

Risk transfers in accordance with the agreed delivery terms (e.g., Incoterms® where applicable).

The buyer is responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and obtaining any required licenses, permits, or approvals for import, export, deployment, and use.

Warranty

Limitation of Liability

Governing Law
